The commercial license must be issued by the Emirate of Ajman and not from other Emirates.
The service does not specialize in solving complaints from tourism and real estate activities, central banks, insurance companies, contracting and recruitment offices for domestic workers.
Some types of complaints are subject to the condition that a technical report is available from accredited bodies.
